Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water (filtered)
  • grams  of dried yellow tea
  • Sweetner of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Swirl some hot water to warm your teacups and discard.
  • Lay the tea leaves into your teapot. Use one teaspoon of tea leaves for every cup of tea.
  • Heat some water in your kettle until it reaches a temperature of 170F. Do not use boiling water, for it will damage the delicate leaves and result in a bitter-tasting tea.
  • Pour the hot water into the teapot containing the tea leaves and cover with the lid. Allow the tea leaves to steep for 2-3 minutes. To reach your desired flavor, we recommend that you taste your tea every 30 seconds after the 2-minute mark!
  • Add your choice of sweetener, mix, and start sipping!
