Reishi Mushroom Slices 8-10
Peppermint Fresh or Teabag
Lemon and Honey (optional)
Instructions
Put mushroom in the boiling water and steep for 7 minutes.
Turn the flame low and add peppermint. Steep for another 3 minutes
Turn off the flame and add lemon and honey for taste
