Ingredients

  • Reishi Mushroom Slices 8-10
  • Peppermint Fresh or Teabag
  • Lemon and Honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Put mushroom in the boiling water and steep for 7 minutes.
  • Turn the flame low and add peppermint. Steep for another 3 minutes
  • Turn off the flame and add lemon and honey for taste
