At Makeatea.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Perishable items (like opened tea or used accessories) are non-returnable

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, email us at help@makeatea.com with photos and details within 7 days of receiving the order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used tea products
- Custom tea kits or gift boxes
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital/downloadable content
5. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
