Oolong Tea Recipe

Best tea to make you feel fresh and focused. Also, it has numerous health benefits such as bone strength, heart health, etc.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces fresh water.
  • 2 tbsp oolong tea.
  • honey (Optional).

Instructions

  • Pour the water in a tea infuser or tea kettle and let it boil.
  • After boiling, let water rest for at least two minutes to cool.
  • Grab a cup and add hot water to warm the cup. Let out the water after warming the cup.
  • Add oolong leaves to the tea cup.
  • Pour the brewed water over the tea leaves.
  • Let the tea steep by covering the cup for at least 5 minutes.
  • After infusion removes the leaves from the tea, add honey and enjoy.
