Yellow Tea Recipe
The most delicious tea with sweet and classy taste. Also, contains antioxidants and catechins, which are beneficial for health.
- 2 cups water.
- 5 grams dried yellow tea.
Swirl some hot water to warm your teacups and discard.
Lay the tea leaves into your tea kettle. Use 1 tsp of tea leaves for every cup of tea.
Heat some water in your kettle until it reaches a stable temperature. Do not use boiling water to damage the delicate leaves and result in a bitter-tasting tea.
Pour the hot water into the teapot containing the tea leaves and cover with the lid. Allow the tea leaves to steep for 2-3 minutes. It will help if you taste your tea every 30 seconds after the 2-minute mark to reach your desired flavor.
Add honey or any sweetener, mix, and enjoy.
