Cinnamon And Matcha Latte Recipe

Cinnamon matcha latte is a perfect replacement for coffee. It’s a powerful and vibrant green drink to enjoy in the morning. It helps balance your blood sugar levels.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups oat milk or cashew milk
  • 2 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 1 large tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp date nectar

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a saucepan on low heat.
  • Simmer just for 5 minutes. Make sure you’re stirring with a wooden spoon quite often.
  • After that add it to a blender and blend for 20 seconds.
  • Pour the liquid into serving mugs and add a bit of cinnamon on top of it to make it hot.
