How to Brew Black Tea
Perfect way to make the delicious cup of a black tea every time.
- 1 tbsp Tea Leaves
- As Per Taste Sugar
- 1 Cup Fresh Water
First of all, Boil the water for at least 2-3 minutes. The ideal temperature should be around 100 to 120 Degrees Celsius.
When the liquid starts boiling, it is time to add the tea leaves. Tea leaves, when added to boiling water, give a perfect taste to your tea.
Keep stirring on a medium flame or 80 Degrees Celsius for 3-4 minutes. In this way, the flavor will be thoroughly dissolved in the water.
Now let the water infuse the black tea’s goodness on low flame or 50 to 60 degrees Celsius and cover the saucepan with a lid for about 2-3 minutes more.
Strain the tea immediately without waiting as excess waiting can lead to waste to the authentic taste of black tea.
Add sugar and Serve the tea in a cup and enjoy your perfectly brewed black tea.
